At Precision Dental Designs, we are proud to offer this innovative restorative treatment. All-on-4^® utilizes only four Nobel Biocare^® implants to support an immediately loaded full-arch prosthesis. Through the use of two straight anterior implants and two posterior implants that are angle up to 45°, this restoration ensures a stable result. The tilted posterior implants also makes this a graftless solution, as they are able to make the most of the available bone.
